You can log in to your account from the link you received in your email while you purchase any package.
Can I change the platform after successful order?
Yes, you can switch your platform within 24 hours of your order.
How may times i can change platform?
You can change your platform once in a month.
Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
Yes, you can cancel it anytime. But you can request a refund only within 7 days of your order.
How do you fix my issue?
After you give us access to your platform. We will start work to fix the issues.
How I Cancel My Subscription?
You can cancel your subscription directly from your dashboard where subscription detail shows. If you have faced any issues to cancel it from your dashboard you can contact us at care@wefixfunnel.com to cancel your subscription.
How do I send you the issues?
Once you log in to your account you can see the link to submit a ticket. Go with that link to submit an issue.
What's the limitation to submitting the tickets?
If you have a basic plan, then you can send 1 ticket per day. If you have a professional plan you can send multiple tickets per day.
Is it include the custom coding?
If you have a professional plan then you can send in parallel, multi-task. Custom codes and 3rd party tools are allowed. (You should have premium plans of 3rd party tools that you want to use custom code).
If we have written it, we can support it directly, if it’s NEW functions, it may take some time to work through it.
How much time it will take to solve the issues?
We will work on your ticket for about 2 to 3 hours daily. We will always try to solve your issue as soon as possible.
